Whether your vet has already arranged our Standard service, or you'd like to speak with us directly about a more personal farewell, every option below is built around the same promise: individual cremation, and nothing rushed.
Standard service
Arranged through your vet
If your vet has arranged our Standard Individual Cremation Service on your behalf, your pet is cremated individually, exactly as with every service we provide.
Their ashes are returned to your veterinary practice or if you'd prefer, you're welcome to collect them from us directly, where you'll always receive a warm welcome.
Premium service
A personal farewell, arranged promptly
Our Premium service means you don't have to put your grief on hold. As a local, family-run provider across Oxfordshire & Berkshire, we offer gentle guidance at every step.
From your care to ours: your best friend is treated as one of our own. If your pet passes away at home, we can arrange to collect them directly from you.
Choose your return time
Every pet is cremated individually regardless of the option you choose, so the ashes you receive belong only to your companion.
Same day
Returned to you the same day
We look after your pet and return them to you the same day, with individual arrangements made to facilitate this. You're welcome to bring them to us, or we can collect.
Two days
Back within two days
We aim to return your pet's ashes within two days of receiving them into our care, with time still given to discuss your wishes in full before anything proceeds.
Four days
A more unhurried return
After we receive your pet on day one, we call to discuss your wishes for them. They're then individually cremated and returned to your vet or to you by day four.
