Who are we
A family business, built around pets we've loved ourselves.
We grew up with animals of every shape and size, so we understand exactly what you're feeling when that chair or basket goes quiet. That's the standard we hold ourselves to: the same care we'd want for our own.
Every pet in our care is cremated individually. The ashes you receive are exclusively your pet's — nothing shared, nothing mixed — and we deliver them back to you personally, whether that's to your door, your vet, or in person here at Sonning Common.

Peter was so kind, empathetic and thoughtful when he arrived after our girl was put to sleep. He took such care in how he handled her and spoke to my children. It made a very painful situation bearable. He emailed me the next day to update me on how our dog has been treated and to reassure me that all due respect had been given. This was a lovely and welcome touch. They also took paw prints and clippings.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tranquillity to anyone who has lost or is preparing to lose a beloved pet. Not only were they very reasonable compared to others, they have been everything I could have hoped for and more. Thank you Peter and team!

From my initial contact, Peter was professional and considerate, explaing the service provided. On arrival at the premises there was a basket to place the cat in. I was given time to chat about the cat and when ready had a few quiet minutes to say my final goodbye. The ashes were presented in a nicely decorated cardboard tube to bring home and scatter, together with some paw prints. It was a sad period for me but made a little easier with the thoughtful service provided
